Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Crown City Supply Chain website and services. By requesting a quote or using the site, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Online estimates are not binding. Every quote is reviewed and must be approved by Crown City Supply Chain before a booking is made or payment is collected. Approved quotes are valid for the period stated in the approval email. We may adjust or decline a request, including where freight exceeds our equipment limits or details change.

Services and freight

You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, weights, dimensions and addresses, and for freight being properly packaged and lawful to transport and store. We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods or items we have not agreed to handle. Additional charges may apply if the actual job differs from the approved quote.

Storage

Storage is billed per pallet as stated in your approved quote. Freight left beyond the agreed period continues to be billed. We may require payment of outstanding amounts before releasing freight.

Payment

Pay-now quotes are paid by card through Stripe at the approved total less any stated discount. Approved business accounts are invoiced on the terms agreed for that account. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage to freight is limited to the declared value stated in the approved quote or, if none, the applicable carrier liability limits, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Claims must be reported promptly in writing.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content and branding are the property of Crown City Supply Chain.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
