- Information you give us: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery addresses, freight details, and anything you write in a quote request, contact form or account application.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive a payment confirmation and receipt details.
- Usage information: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate region, collected with first-party analytics that use hashed identifiers rather than third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use it to prepare and approve quotes, schedule and complete shipments and storage, invoice and collect payment, respond to inquiries, keep the site secure, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe (payments), Google (maps and mileage), and our email provider — and when required by law. These providers may process data only to perform services for us.
Retention and security
We keep business records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging to protect your information, but no method of transmission is completely secure.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
