Freight questions
How much freight can you carry in one trip?
Our cargo van carries up to 3,300 lb for the whole shipment, with 148 inches of usable cargo length, 53.5 inches between the wheel wells and 79 inches of interior height. Multiple pieces are fine as long as the entire shipment fits. If your freight is over these limits, we do not turn it away — we flag it for a manual review and follow up with options.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Charlotte, NC and serve the Carolinas, the Southeastern US and the East Coast. Local pickup and delivery covers trips of up to 50 loaded miles; longer trips are quoted as expedited freight.
Are there fuel or other surcharges?
No. Fuel is included in the mileage rates and there are no hidden surcharges. Your itemized estimate shows exactly what you pay: mileage, any deadhead beyond the free 25 miles, and hourly time for dedicated service.
